Terms and conditions for purchasing goods and services (“Agreement”) in accordance with the following laws are the agreement made between the purchaser and The Station Group Holdings Company Limited (“The Station Group”) applicable to when purchasing products and services through this website, please click “Agree” before proceeding with your purchase and make payment to show that you agree to these terms. General conditions

Price

• Prices of products sold on the website are in Thai baht.
• The promotional selling price will be effective at the time the customer makes payment during the promotional period.

Payment method

• Payment for goods and services. Buyers can pay via bank account by scanning a QR code or pay via the designated credit or debit card type with this payment the Buyer will be connected to the external website of the bank or payment processing company which is an outsider contractor to process the customer payments. The customer must be bound by the terms and conditions of the bank or the processing companies that process such payments.
• The seller will not deliver products and services until payment is completed. The seller reserves the right to suspension of delivery of goods and services if the payment is unsuccessful or rejected.
• All payments are subject to the approval of the bank or payment processing company. The seller will not be held liable if the bank or payment processing company refuse to accept the credit card reliability or electronic banking transactions for whatever reason, which the service provider reserves the right to: (1) Use full discretion to refuse any payment without providing the reason for the refusal and (2) change the payment terms for the product at any time.

Cancellation of Order

• In case of the buyer has not yet paid for the product. Customers can cancel orders at any time, but if the customer has completed payment, both through credit cards via debit cards, scanning a QR Code or through a bank account. Any promotions or discounts applied to the cancelled order will not be able to be reused.
• In case of the customer has received the product or service and changes his mind and wishes not to proceed with the product or service, no matter for any reason, the service provider reserves the right to consider accepting the return of such products or services.

Refunds

• In the event of cancellation of the order, the seller will refund the cost of goods and services that the customer has paid within 3-15 business days from the day the officer notifies the customer of the cancellation of the order, both in the case of return via credit card, via debit card and through a bank account.

Applicable law

Ordering products and services or interpreting the terms and conditions of purchasing products on this website shall comply with Thai law. And if a dispute arises, the jurisdiction of Thailand has full authority to pass the judgment.
